Wait Time

There may be a wait of up to a week for items being shipped.

No charges will be made to your card until the items are shipped.

Large Orders

For fraud protection all orders over $200 must be shipped to the billing address

Returns

Refund / Return Policy Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives.

All claims MUST be made within 14 days of receipt of order, and all returns must be made with 14 of notification.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated by the shopping cart based on your location, weight of items and the shipping method you chose.

Canceling orders

Orders can not be canceled once the items have been shipped.

Why does the shopping cart/ invoice show as Vivcore? Vivcore is the name of our company, and is the umbrella for both the Candy Violet and Cute Salad labels. At the moment both sites share the same shopping cart.

How much is Shipping? The shopping cart calculates shipping to where ever you are in the US or internationally, we can not calculate your shipping by email request.

Do you ship Internationally? Yup sure do! the shopping cart will calculate your shipping just the same as with domestic orders!

An Item I want is sold out, will you be re-stocking? Our clothes are manufactured on a limited edition basis. I'm afraid it's unlikely old items will be re-stocked

Can you do custom sizes? I'm afraid we can not. All our garments are professionally manufactured for us and not custom made to order.

What payment do you accept? We take Visa and Mastercard.

Do you take paypal? I am sorry we do not accept paypal, and have no plans to take paypal in the future.

Can I pay By Check? I'm afraid we no longer take payment by check or money order. Although we had plenty of orders placed for these payment options very very few people ever actually paid, which made accounting and keeping track of legitimate and none legitimate orders very difficult.

As a result we can now only accept payment by Visa or Mastercard. I am so sorry.

I'm a little unsure about shopping online, is your server secured? Once you go through to the checkout, you will notice the address changes from http: to https: to show it is a secure server.

I know some people are still a little hesitant to use their cards online, another option is the Visa Gift Card this will essentially work like a credit card, but only have as much money on it as you want to be there, this way there is no way any one will ever have access to your bank account, and it will work through the site just like a credit card.

I'm to young for a credit card, how I can I purchase from you? I know we have a few customers who have family members who place orders on their behalf. Another option is the Visa Gift Card this will essentially work like a credit card, you put a certain amount of cash on it, and you can buy them at your local bank much like a postal order.

Who does Your Site? I do all my own site, I love to draw and it can be a ton of fun to work on!
